Quick-capture dockets converted to WTNs are automatically excluded.
When a quick-capture docket is converted to a full WTN, the docket's source_wtn_id is set and it is filtered out of all reports. The WTN becomes the master record. Your totals are always accurate — no manual deduplication needed.

Common questions.
Who can access the Reporting page?
Reporting is an admin-only feature. Admins see consolidated data from their entire team — all WTNs, Dockets, and quick-capture records made under their account. Seat users (drivers/operatives) cannot access the reporting page.
What data sources are combined in the report?
The report pulls from your dockets (quick captures and standard dockets) and WTN records (Waste Transfer Notes and Non-Hazardous WTNs). Season tickets are excluded. Dockets that have already been converted into a WTN are automatically excluded to prevent double-counting.
What does the Batch Document Download do?
When you filter to a single customer, a "Download All Docs" button appears. This renders every individual WTN and Docket PDF for the filtered results and merges them into one downloadable PDF file. A progress bar tracks the generation. It's useful for sending a complete document pack to a customer or regulatory body.
What's in the PDF Report export?
The PDF Report includes your company name as the header, the active report criteria, four summary stat boxes (Total Loads, Total Weight kg, Total Weight tonnes, Avg per Load), the full movement table with all columns, a Weight by Product breakdown (top 10), and a Weight by Customer breakdown (top 8). The PDF is branded with your WasteBolt company name.
What columns are in the CSV export?
The CSV export contains 12 columns: Date, Ref #, Source (Docket or WTN), Skip Type, Created By, Vehicle Reg, Customer, EWC Code, Product, Haulier, Net Weight (kg), Net Weight (tonnes). The file is named automatically using the customer filter (if active) and the export date.
Can I toggle between kg and tonnes?
Yes — a toggle switch in the filter bar switches all weight values across the entire page between kg and tonnes. This applies to the stat cards, breakdown tables, main data table, and carries through to export filenames.
